· Special events (i.e. pre-paid ):
Please register your intention to attend, and your preferred seating / table requests with Gerard Ogle 0424 658 038. Your seat is only confirmed when payment is made.
Payments to Michael Mason (on the front door each Friday night) by the closing date to register, preferably in a sealed envelope with full name and amount on the front of the envelope

· As catering arrangements are made immediately following the closing date to register, refunds after the closing date shall only be made in the case of emergency or exceptional unforeseen circumstances.
· To enhance the experience of a theme night, everyone is encouraged to dress in theme attire, especially ex-service personnel who may choose to wear their former uniform and/or medals to the Anzac Day dance.
· Entry is $7.00 per person (unless specifically shown above), which includes: tea/coffee; supper and lucky door prizes.
· Share-N-Care centre operates on Queensland time.
· Dance times (unless specifically shown above) will be:
Doors open: 5.00pm
Dance lesson: 5:30pm
Social dancing: 6.00pm to 9.00pm
· Dances are held every Monday, Tuesday night and Friday night throughout the year, including Public Holidays. The only exception occurs during the Christmas break when the Centre is closed (approximately mid December to mid January).
